Job summary

Real is seeking a Temporary Co-Packing Manager to support and stabilize ongoing co-packing activities across the Benelux region. The role includes an end-to-end review of scope, workload allocation, governance, capacity and process efficiency, while maintaining master data coordination, PO creation, system follow-up, reporting and document control.

The role requires strong supply chain and project management experience, with SAP and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain, logistics, co-packing or project management.
• Ability to rapidly understand complex cross-functional processes and daily operational constraints.
• Excellent analytical capability, including process mapping, workload measurement and capacity assessment.
• Experience with continuous improvement and operating-model design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business continuity for ongoing co-packing activities across Benelux.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Customer Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality and external partners.
• Governance: prepare and facilitate decision forums and maintain status dashboards.
• Oversee co-packing master data, SAP codes, BOMs and supplier information.
• Manage co-packing purchase orders and system transmissions with accuracy.
• Create a complete activity inventory and measure workload, frequency and capacity.
