Job summary

Frencken Group in Reuver, Netherlands, is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to produce precision mechanical components with tolerances down to the sub-micron range, following drawings and specifications. You will program the machine partly off-line and partly at the machine, set up, monitor quality, and contribute ideas to improve production processes.

Qualifications

• Completed level 3-4 machining/vocational education.
• Experience as a CNC Turner in precision machining.
• Knowledge of machining conditions; Siemens or Fanuc control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings and specifications and program the machine (partly off-line, partly on the machine).
• Set up CNC Turner machines and monitor production quality.
• Suggest improvements to the production process.
