Job summary

Jobslim.nl in Venlo zoekt een CNC Operator voor een high-tech productieomgeving. Je bedient CNC-frees- en draaibanken en produceert hoogwaardige aluminium profielen voor o.a. luchtvaart, automotive en medische technologie.

Je werkt in een moderne machinale afdeling met precieze normen, leest technische tekeningen, en voert inspecties uit met meetgereedschap. Een drieploegendienst is vereist en bij goed functioneren kun je in dienst komen bij een toonaangevende werkgever.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau onderwijs of gelijkwaardigheid in technische werkzaamheden
• Ervaring als CNC Operator of technische productie-achtergrond
• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen
• Ervaring met inspectie van producten en meetapparatuur is een pré
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal
• Bereid om in een drieploegendienst te werken
• Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en leergierig

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van CNC frees- en draaibanken
• Producten machinaal bewerken voor kleine en grote series
• Verplaatsen van werkstukken tijdens bewerkingsprocessen
• Controleren van afgewerkte producten met meetapparatuur
• Werken met CNC-machines zoals Hermle, Matec en Chiron MPS
• Zorgen dat producten voldoen aan strikte kwaliteits- en maatvoeringseisen
• Zoeken naar flexibiliteit door binnen de afdeling op verschillende machines te werken

As a CNC Operator, you'll machine high-precision aluminium profiles used in industries such as aerospace, automotive and medical technology. You'll join a modern machining department where precision, quality and innovation go hand in hand. With a wide variety of products and machines, no two working days are the same, and you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical skills.

Functie

• Operate a variety of CNC milling and turning machines
• Machine both small production batches and single-piece components
• Reposition workpieces during the machining process
• Inspect finished products using a range of measuring equipment
• Work with CNC machines such as Hermle, Matec and Chiron MPS
• Ensure products meet strict quality and dimensional requirements
• Work flexibly across different CNC machines within the machining department

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Experience as a CNC Operator or a technical manufacturing background
• Able to read technical drawings
• Experience with product inspection and measuring equipment is an advantage
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a three-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and eager to learn

Aanbod

• A gross monthly salary between €2,950 and €3,875, depending on your experience
• 23.5% shift allowance for working in a three-shift rotation
