Booston.io zoekt een ervaren CNC-milling operator voor grote onderdelen in ’t Harde. Je set–up en bedient zware freesmachines voor frames en vacuumkamers in een high‑tech productieomgeving. Werktijden in 2‑ of 3‑ploegen.

Je werkt aan grote/ultra‑grote werkstukken met strakke toleranties, leest technische tekeningen en voert gereedschapswissels uit. Er is een aantrekkelijke beloning en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Qualifications

• Meerdere jaren ervaring als CNC-miller met grote onderdelen.
• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen en zelfstandig meten.
• Precisie bij hoge toleranties en kwaliteitsbewustzijn.
• Engels vereist; Nederlands is een plus.
• EU-paspoort of geldige NL-werkvergunning.
• Bereid om in 2- of 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Set up en bedienen van grote CNC-freesmachines.
• Machining van grote en ultra‑grote werkstukken zoals frames en vacuümkamers.
• Klemmen en afstellen van zware stukken met behulp van de kraan.
• Uitgaan van technische tekeningen en CNC-programma's.
• Meten en controleren op ruimtelijke toleranties.
• Uitvoeren van gereedschapswisseling en machine-aanpassingen.

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts for a full‑time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2‑ or 3‑shift system. You will set up and operate large CNC milling machines for machine frames and vacuum chambers in a high‑tech production environment. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8 % holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged.

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts to set up and operate large CNC milling machines in a high‑tech production environment. This is a hands‑on technical position where you will machine large to ultra‑large workpieces, such as machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Are you an experienced CNC miller who enjoys working with heavy machining and tight tolerances? Then this position is a great fit for you.

What will you do?

• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines
• Machine large to ultra‑large workpieces such as machine frames and vacuum chambers
• Clamp and align large, heavy workpieces using the crane
• Work from technical drawings and CNC programs
• Measure and check parts to tight tolerances
• Carry out tool changes and program corrections at the machine

Wat wij vragen

• Several years of experience as a CNC miller, preferably with large workpieces / heavy machining
• Able to read technical drawings and measure independently
• Precise and quality‑focused; used to tight tolerances and high‑value single pieces
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2‑ or 3‑shift system
