Carriere zoekt een CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts voor een fulltime positie in 't Harde (A28 tussen Harderwijk en Zwolle). Je stelt op en bedient grote CNC freesmachines voor machineframes en vacuümkamers in een high‑tech productieomgeving.

Je werkt met zware werkstukken, leest technische tekeningen, voert metingen uit en voert gereedschapswisselingen en programwijzigingen uit. Salaris €3.180–€5.376 bruto per maand, in 2- of 3‑ploegendienst, met huisvesting en transport mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Vereist: ervaring als CNC miller, bij voorkeur met grote werkstukken/ zwaar bewerkingen.
• In staat tekeningen te lezen en zelfstandig metingen uit te voeren.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitgericht, met strakke toleranties en hoogwaardige enkelstukken.

Responsibilities

• Set up en bedien grote CNC freesmachines.
• Bewerk grote tot ultragrote werkstukken zoals machineframes en vacuümkamers.
• Klemmen en uitlijnen van zware werkstukken met hijskraan.
• Werken volgens technische tekeningen en CNC-programma's.
• Meten en controleren van delen op nauwkeurigheden.
• Uitvoeren van gereedschapswissels en programwijzigingen bij de machine.

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will set up and operate large CNC milling machines for machine frames and vacuum chambers in a high-tech production environment. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts to set up and operate large CNC milling machines in a high-tech production environment. This is a hands‑on technical position where you will machine large to ultra‑large workpieces, such as machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Are you an experienced CNC miller who enjoys working with heavy machining and tight tolerances? Then this position is a great fit for you.

What will you do?

• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines
• Machine large to ultra‑large workpieces such as machine frames and vacuum chambers
• Clamp and align large, heavy workpieces using the crane
• Work from technical drawings and CNC programs
• Measure and check parts to tight tolerances
• Carry out tool changes and program corrections at the machine

Our client is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding and assembly of large machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. The company is part of a large international technology group and is located in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle.

Wat wij vragen

• Several years of experience as a CNC miller, preferably with large workpieces / heavy machining
• Able to read technical drawings and measure independently
• Precise and quality-focused; used to tight tolerances and high-value single pieces
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
