Booston.io in 't Harde zoekt een ervaren CNC Miller voor Grootverspaning. U zet CNC frezen op en bedient geavanceerde machines om grote, complexe klant-specifieke onderdelen te produceren in kleine series met hoge precisie.

Lees technische tekeningen en klemplannen, stel de bewerkingsprocessen in en bewaak het proces. Vereist zijn vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zelfstandigheid en inzet voor een 4-ploegendienst (met kans op 5-ploeg in de toekomst).

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Miller in Grootverspaning.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en clamping plans.
• Goede kennis van CNC bedienings- en controletechnieken.
• Bereidheid tot werken in 4- of toekomstige 5-ploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en opzetten van CNC freesmachines.
• Grote en complexe werkstukken frezen.
• Klantenspecifieke onderdelen in kleine series produceren.
• Technische tekeningen en klemplannen lezen.
• Eigen werk en bewerkingsproces opzetten.
• Juiste snijgereedschappen selecteren en instellen.
• Gereedschap vervangen en onderhouden.
• Beheer van het bewerkingsproces en QC-controles.
• Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken binnen strakke toleranties.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Large Machining for a position of 36–40 hours per week in 't Harde, working in a 4-shift system. You will set up and operate advanced CNC milling machines and produce large, complex, customer-specific components in small series with high precision. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus 28% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller for the Large Machining (Grootverspaning) department of a high-tech manufacturing company.

You will manufacture complex, customer-specific components using advanced CNC milling machines. The work mainly involves large workpieces produced in small series with high precision. What will you do?

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines
• Machine large and complex workpieces
• Produce customer-specific components in small series
• Read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Set up your own work and machining process
• Select and set the correct cutting tools
• Replace and maintain tooling

• Perform measurements and quality checks
• Work independently and accurately within tight tolerances

The company specialises in machining, welding, vacuum technology, engineering and assembly, and produces complex mechatronic modules, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems and precision machine frames for the semiconductor, optics and energy industries. The company is located in 't Harde.

Wat wij vragen

• Relevant experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Frezer
• Experience with large machining is strongly preferred
• MBO working and thinking level
• Able to read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and controls
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls is relevant
• Experience selecting and setting cutting tools
• Knowledge of cutting and cooling fluids
• Able to set up and organise your own work independently
• Accurate and quality-oriented working method
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willing to work in a 4-shift system, and in a 5-shift system in the future
