Job summary

't Harde is een hightech productieomgeving waar je als Bench Fitter – Aluminium hoogprecision bewerkte aluminium onderdelen afrondt en gereedmaakt voor vervolgprocessen. Je werkt op scratch-sensitive onderdelen voor grote frames en vacuümkamers in semiconductors, medische en defensie-toepassingen.

Ervaring als bench fitter of metaalbewerker is welkom; starters kunnen bij niveau 1 beginnen. Met taalvaardigheden Engels, Nederlands is een plus.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als bench fitter of metaalbewerker; aluminium-ervaring is een plus
• Starters met basistechniek zijn welkom (niveau 1)
• Goede handvaardigheid en oog voor detail/kwaliteit
• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen
• Engels (Nederlands is een plus)
• EU-paspoort of geldige NL-werkvergunning
• Bereid om in 2- of 3-ploegendienst te werken

Responsibilities

• Beëindigen en op maat maken van bewerkte aluminium delen: afbramen, slijpen, afschuinen, polijsten en reinigen
• Gaten boren en tappen
• Inserts zoals helicoils monteren
• Onderdelen controleren tegen de tekening
• Voorbereiden voor assemblage en cleanroom gebruik
• Zorgvuldig handelen met hoogprecisie, krasgevoelige onderdelen

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work on high-precision, scratch-sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.

What will you do?

• Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drill and tap holes
• Fit inserts such as helicoils
• Check parts against the technical drawing
• Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handle high-precision, scratch-sensitive components with great care

Wat wij vragen

• Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
• Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (start at level 1)
• Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Able to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
