Job summary

Booston BV zoekt een CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts voor een fulltime positie in t Harde (A28, tussen Harderwijk en Zwolle). Je stelt op en bedient grote CNC freesmachines voor machineframes en vacuümkamers in een hightech productieomgeving. Salaris €3.180 – €5.376 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van niveau en ervaring, plus ploegentoeslag en 8% vakantiegeld.

Huisvesting en vervoer kunnen geregeld worden. Je werkt met zware bewerkingen, leest technische tekeningen, meet tot strakke toleranties

Qualifications

• Meerdere jaren ervaring als CNC-miller, bij voorkeur met grote werkstukken.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen en zelfstandig te meten.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht; gewend aan strak tolerenances.
• Engels vereist; Nederlands is een plus.
• EU-paspoort of geldige NL-werkvergunning.
• Bereid om in 2- of 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Zet op en bedien grote CNC freesmachines.
• Freeswerkstukken zoals machineframes en vacuümkamers.
• Klemmen en uitlijnen van grote werkstukken met behulp van een kraan.
• Werk vanaf tekeningen en CNC-programma's.
• Meten en controleren van onderdelen op nauwkeurige toleranties.
• Uitvoeren van gereedschapswissels en correcties in de machine.

You will set up and operate large CNC milling machines for machine frames and vacuum chambers in a high-tech production environment. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a CNC Milling Operator – Large Parts to set up and operate large CNC milling machines in a high-tech production environment. This is a hands‑on technical position where you will machine large to ultra‑large workpieces, such as machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Are you an experienced CNC miller who enjoys working with heavy machining and tight tolerances? Then this position is a great fit for you.

What will you do?

• Set up and operate large CNC milling machines
• Machine large to ultra‑large workpieces such as machine frames and vacuum chambers
• Clamp and align large, heavy workpieces using the crane
• Work from technical drawings and CNC programs
• Measure and check parts to tight tolerances
• Carry out tool changes and program corrections at the machine

Wat wij vragen

• Several years of experience as a CNC miller, preferably with large workpieces / heavy machining
• Able to read technical drawings and measure independently
• Precise and quality-focused; used to tight tolerances and high-value single pieces
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
