Job summary

Booston BV in t Harde zoekt een ervaren CNC Miller voor Grootverspaning. Je zet CNC-freesmachines op en werkt aan grote, complexe onderdelen in kleine series met hoge precisie.

Je leest tekeningen en clampingsplannen, stelt je eigen bewerkingsproces in en voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit. Een 4-ploegendienst is mogelijk, met 36–40 uur per week en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Miller / Frezer in machinebouw of metaalkunde.
• Ervaring met grote bewerkingen en kleine series is vereist.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en clampingsplannen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en instellen van CNC freesmachines.
• Verwerken van grote en complexe werkstukken.
• Productie van klant-specifieke onderdelen in kleine series.
• Lezen van tekeningen en clampingsplannen ter ondersteuning van het proces.
• Zelfstandige opzet en controle van het bewerkingsproces.
• Kiezen en instellen van juiste snijgereedschappen.
• Onderhoud van gereedschap en toolmonitoring.
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren.

Samenvatting

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Large Machining for a position of 36–40 hours per week in t Harde, working in a 4-shift system. You will set up and operate advanced CNC milling machines and produce large, complex, customer-specific components in small series with high precision. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus 28% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller for the Large Machining (Grootverspaning) department of a high-tech manufacturing company.

You will manufacture complex, customer-specific components using advanced CNC milling machines. The work mainly involves large workpieces produced in small series with high precision. What will you do?

• Operate and set up CNC milling machines
• Machine large and complex workpieces
• Produce customer-specific components in small series
• Read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Set up your own work and machining process
• Select and set the correct cutting tools
• Replace and maintain tooling
• Monitor the machining process
• Perform measurements and quality checks
• Work independently and accurately within tight tolerances

Our client is a high-tech manufacturing company and part of a large international technology group. The company specialises in machining, welding, vacuum technology, engineering and assembly, and produces complex mechatronic modules, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems and precision machine frames for the semiconductor, optics and energy industries. The company is located in t Harde.

Wat wij vragen

• Relevant experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Frezer
• Experience with large machining is strongly preferred
• MBO working and thinking level
• Able to read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and controls
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls is relevant
• Experience selecting and setting cutting tools
• Knowledge of cutting and cooling fluids
• Able to set up and organise your own work independently
• Accurate and quality-oriented working method
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willing to work in a 4-shift system, and in a 5-shift system in the future
