Job summary

Winsearch is op zoek naar een ervaren CNC Milling Machinist die hoogwaardige componenten vervaardigt voor high-tech en industriële klanten. Je werkt met moderne 3- en 5-assige CNC-freesmachines en kunt waar mogelijk programmeren, CAD/CAM-toepassingen gebruiken en processen verbeteren.

De rol vereist nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en teamwork in een professionele werkomgeving. Ervaring met kleine series en enkelstukproductie is essentieel.

Qualifications

• Gevorderde ervaring als CNC Milling Machinist.
• Inzicht in leesbare technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring met opzetten en bedienen CNC 3-assige en/of 5-assige frezen.
• Kennis van CNC programmering en bewerkingstechnieken.
• Ervaring met enkelstukproductie en kleine series.

Responsibilities

• Set up en Bedien van 3- en 5-assige CNC freesmachines.
• Productie van hoogprecisie componenten volgens tekeningen.
• Programmeren, afstellen en optimaliseren van CNC-programma's.
• Producing single parts en kleine series.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Oplossen van technische- of productiegerelateerde vraagstukken.
• Meedenken over proces- en verspaningsverbeteringen.
• Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering in de verspaningsafdeling.

Job description

As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will work on high-precision components for customers in the high-tech and industrial sectors. You will mainly produce single parts and small production batches, working with materials such as steel and stainless steel.You will be responsible for setting up and operating modern 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines. Depending on your experience, you will also have the opportunity to work with CNC programming, CAD/CAM and process optimization.This is a varied role where precision and craftsmanship are important. You will work on different products and challenging components, giving you plenty of opportunity to use and further develop your technical skills.

Over de vacature

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Manufacture high-precision components based on technical drawings.
• Program, adjust and optimize CNC programs.
• Produce single parts and small production batches.
• Carry out dimensional and quality checks.
• Identify and solve technical or production-related issues.
• Think along with improvements to machining methods and production processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the machining department.

Wat wij vragen

• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Machinist or CNC Machinist.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience setting up and operating 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Experience with single-piece production and small series.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
• A hands-on mentality and ability to work well within a team.

• €3,000 - €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
