Booston BV in t Harde zoekt een ervaren Bench Fitter – Aluminium voor een fulltime positie in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst. Je voert afwerkingswerk uit op hoogprecisie aluminium delen en bereidt onderdelen voor in een hightech productieomgeving.

Je werkt aan krasgevoelige componenten voor grote machineframes en vacuümkamers en leest technische tekeningen. Starters met basis metaalervaring zijn welkom en groeien mee.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
• Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (level 1)
• Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Able to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system

Responsibilities

• Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drill and tap holes
• Fit inserts such as helicoils
• Check parts against the technical drawing
• Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handle high‑precision, scratch‑sensitive components with great care

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in t Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.

This is a hands‑on technical position where you will work on high‑precision, scratch‑sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.
