Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau in Tilburg zoekt een CNC-machineoperator voor een fulltime functie met groeimogelijkheden en training. Je werkt meestal 36–40 uur per week in dag- of roulatie-diensten en krijgt volop mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en een vast contract bij goed presteren.

Je start met het inlezen van de productieplanning, stelt de machines in en controleert tekeningen. Gedurende de dag programmeer je, bewaak je het proces en voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit met meetmiddelen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines according to production schedules.
• Program CNC machines and monitor the productieprocess.
• Perform intermediate quality checks with measuring instruments.
• Identify and solve minor machine malfunctions and suggest improvements.

Over de vacature:

As a CNC machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to manufacture high-quality metal components. You will work full-time, usually between 36 and 40 hours per week, in either day shifts or rotating shifts depending on the department. Within this role, there are plenty of opportunities for personal development, such as training courses and technical education. This is a long-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance.

You will start your workday by reviewing the production schedule and setting up the CNC machines. You will check technical drawings and ensure that all tools are correctly adjusted. During the day, you will program the machines, monitor the production process, and perform intermediate quality checks using measuring instruments. You will independently solve minor malfunctions and actively contribute ideas for process improvements. Safe working practices and delivering top quality are central to your role as a CNC machine operator.
