Carriere zoekt een Bench Fitter – Aluminium voor een fulltime functie in 't Harde (A28, tussen Harderwijk en Zwolle). Je werkt aan het afwerken en voorbereiden van hoogprecisie aluminium onderdelen in een hightech productieomgeving.

Je voert afbramen, slijpen, boren en tappen uit, controleert tegen tekeningen en bereidt onderdelen voor assemblage en cleanroomgebruik. Beginners welkom; 2- of 3-ploegendienst, salaris conform niveau en ervaring.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als bench fitter of metaalbewerker; aluminiumervaring is een plus.
• Starten mogelijk bij niveau 1; starters welkom.
• Goede handvaardigheid en oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
• In staat tekeningen te lezen.
• Engels; NL is een pluspunt.
• EU-paspoort of geldige NL werkvergunning.
• Bereid om in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Eindbewerken van aluminiumonderdelen: afbramen, slijpen, chamferen, reinigen.
• Gaten boren en tappen.
• Inserts plaatsen zoals helicoils.
• Onderdelen controleren aan de hand van de technische tekening.
• Onderdelen voorbereiden voor assemblage en cleanroomgebruik.
• Zorgvuldig omgaan met hoogprecisie, krasgevoelige onderdelen.

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium for a full-time position in 't Harde (A28, between Harderwijk and Zwolle), working in a 2- or 3-shift system. You will finish, check and prepare high-precision machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment. Salary €2769 – €3973 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance. Housing and transport can be arranged

We are looking for a Bench Fitter – Aluminium to finish and prepare machined aluminium parts in a high-tech production environment.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work on high-precision, scratch-sensitive components for large machine frames and vacuum chambers used in the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. Do you have basic metalworking experience and a sharp eye for detail? Then you can also start at entry level and grow from there.

What will you do?

• Finish machined aluminium parts: deburring, grinding, chamfering, polishing and cleaning
• Drill and tap holes
• Fit inserts such as helicoils
• Check parts against the technical drawing
• Prepare parts for assembly and cleanroom use
• Handle high-precision, scratch-sensitive components with great care

Our client is a high-tech specialist in machining, welding and assembly of large machine frames and vacuum chambers for the semiconductor, medical and defence industries. The company is part of a large international technology group and is located in 't Harde, between Harderwijk and Zwolle.

Wat wij vragen

• Experience as a bench fitter or metalworker; aluminium experience is a plus
• Starters with basic metal experience are welcome (start at level 1)
• Good hand skills and a sharp eye for detail and quality
• Able to read technical drawings
• English (Dutch is a plus)
• EU passport or valid NL work permit
• Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
