Carriere in ’t Harde zoekt een ervaren CNC Miller voor de Grootverspaning. Je zet op en bedient geavanceerde CNC freesmachines en produceert grote, complexe, klantspecifieke onderdelen in kleine series met uiterst hoge precisie.

Je leest technische tekeningen en klemplannen, kiest gereedschappen en stelt de bewerkingsprocessen in. Werken in een 4-ploegendienst met aantrekkelijke salarisrange en ploegentoeslag biedt een uitdagende carrière in een high‑tech omgeving.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met CNC frezen en grootverspaning.
• Ervaring met grote werkstukken is sterk gewenst.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en klemplannen.
• Goede kennis van CNC-besturingen en controles.
• Ervaring met Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens controles.
• In staat om zelfstandig werk te plannen en uit te voeren.
• Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Bereid tot werken in een 4-ploegendienst (en mogelijk 5-ploeg).

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en opzetten van CNC freesmachines.
• Bewerk grote en complexe werkstukken.
• Produceer klant-specifieke onderdelen in kleine series.
• Lees technische tekeningen en klemplannen.
• Stel eigen werk en bewerkingsproces in.
• Kies en stel snijgereedschappen af.
• Vervang en onderhoud gereedschap.
• Beoordeel het bewerkingsproces en kwaliteitscontrole.
• Voer metingen uit en waarborg toleranties.
• Werk zelfstandig en nauwkeurig.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Large Machining for a position of 36–40 hours per week in 't Harde, working in a 4‑shift system. You will set up and operate advanced CNC milling machines and produce large, complex, customer‑specific components in small series with high precision. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus 28% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

You will manufacture complex, customer‑specific components using advanced CNC milling machines. The work mainly involves large workpieces produced in small series with high precision. • Operate and set up CNC milling machines
• Machine large and complex workpieces

• Perform measurements and quality checks
• Work independently and accurately within tight tolerances

The company specialises in machining, welding, vacuum technology, engineering and assembly, and produces complex mechatronic modules, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems and precision machine frames for the semiconductor, optics and energy industries. The company is located in 't Harde.

Wat wij vragen

• Relevant experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Frezer
• Experience with large machining is strongly preferred
• MBO working and thinking level
• Able to read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and controls
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls is relevant
• Experience selecting and setting cutting tools
• Knowledge of cutting and cooling fluids
• Able to set up and organise your own work independently
• Accurate and quality‑oriented working method
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willing to work in a 4‑shift system, and in a 5‑shift system in the future
