Booston.io in ’t Harde zoekt een ervaren CNC Miller voor Grootverspaning. Je stelt op en bedient CNC freesmachines en produceert grote, complexe onderdelen in kleine series met hoge precisie.

Je werkt aan uitdagende, klant-specifieke projecten en leest technische tekeningen en klemplannen. Een 4-ploegendienst wordt verwacht, startdatum zo spoedig mogelijk en uitstekende verlof- en ploegentoeslagen zijn geboden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met CNC Frezen/ Miller in Grootverspaning.
• Kennis van diverse CNC-controls (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens).
• In staat technische tekeningen en clamping plans te lezen.
• In staat zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken binnen toleranties.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en opzetten van CNC freesmachines.
• Vakken large en complex werkstuk bewerken.
• Kleine series produceren op maat.
• Technische tekeningen en klemplannen lezen.
• Eigen werk en bewerkingsproces opzetten.
• Gereedschappen selecteren en afstellen.
• Gereedschap vervangen en onderhouden.
• Bewaken van het bewerkingsproces.
• Meting en kwaliteitscontrole uitvoeren.
• Zelfstandig werken binnen strakke toleranties.

Samenvatting

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Large Machining for a position of 36-40 hours per week in 't Harde, working in a 4-shift system. You will set up and operate advanced CNC milling machines and produce large, complex, customer-specific components in small series with high precision. Salary €3180 – €5376 gross per month (depending on level and experience), plus 28% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller for the Large Machining (Grootverspaning) department of a high-tech manufacturing company.

You will manufacture complex, customer-specific components using advanced CNC milling machines. The work mainly involves large workpieces produced in small series with high precision. • Operate and set up CNC milling machines
• Machine large and complex workpieces
• Produce customer-specific components in small series
• Read technical drawings and clamping plans

• Select and set the correct cutting tools
• Replace and maintain tooling

• Perform measurements and quality checks

The company specialises in machining, welding, vacuum technology, engineering and assembly, and produces complex mechatronic modules, mechanical assemblies, vacuum systems and precision machine frames for the semiconductor, optics and energy industries. The company is located in 't Harde.

Wat wij vragen

• Relevant experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Frezer
• Experience with large machining is strongly preferred
• MBO working and thinking level
• Able to read technical drawings and clamping plans
• Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and controls
• Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls is relevant
• Experience selecting and setting cutting tools
• Knowledge of cutting and cooling fluids
• Able to set up and organise your own work independently
• Accurate and quality-oriented working method
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willing to work in a 4-shift system, and in a 5-shift system in the future
