Job summary

Co-Flex in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist responsible for the full manufacturing cycle. You will set up machines, select tooling, and program CNC equipment for both prototypes and small batches, turning technical drawings into finished parts.

You will inspect your work with precision gauges, identify improvements, and uphold VCA safety standards, collaborating with supervisors to optimize production and maintain high quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machining: Independently manufacturing parts from technical drawings;
• Programming & Setup: Operating, setting up, and programming CNC machining equipment (lathes/mills);
• Tooling: Applying correct clamping techniques and selecting the appropriate cutting tools;
• Quality Control: Inspecting your own work using precision measuring and alignment gauges;
• Process Optimization: Identifying points of improvement in the process and reporting them to management;
• Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with VCA guidelines.
