Job summary

Xelvin invites an experienced Allround CNC Machinist / Machining Operator to join an internationally operating machine manufacturer. You will manage the complete machining process, from programming and setup to production and quality control, ensuring high-precision components are produced to tight tolerances.

You will work in a technically challenging environment, performing milling and turning operations, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Experience programming CNC machines and setting up tooling.
• Strong knowledge of milling and turning operations.
• Experience performing dimensional inspections and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Edgecam or similar CAM software.
• Set up and operate conventional, teach‑in, and CNC machines.
• Perform milling and turning operations on high‑quality components.
• Conduct dimensional inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor product quality and manufacturing tolerances.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
