Job summary

Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South is seeking an Assistant Cluster Finance and Business Support Manager to lead the finance team and oversee daily financial operations. You will report on financial performance, partner with other departments to improve profitability, and serve as the finance point of contact in the manager's absence.

The role requires strong English, hotel finance experience, and a strategic mindset to balance cost control with guest value in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English; Dutch understanding valued but not required.
• Experience in hotel finance with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of accounting management duties, payroll, and government reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations and ensure high performance.
• Report on hotel financial state and collaborate with other departments to improve profitability.
• Act as finance contact for hotel team and stakeholders when manager is absent.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and monthly forecasts.
• Coach, develop and conduct quarterly check-ins with team members.
