Job summary

Jobverse in the Netherlands is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to implement and manage cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 and hybrid Azure environments.

You will register and independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end users, and support device deployment on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end-users.
• Transfer incidents to end users and answer them correctly.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will implement and manage Cloud solutions. Your duties also include setting up various mobile devices and laptops with Windows10 and MacOS.

We will be happy if you have:

• Work experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Cloud (Azure) environments;
• Extensive knowledge and certifications in managing modern desktops, identity, and services;
• Knowledge of Citrix XenApp, VMWare, and Topdesk;
• Experience with device deployment (Windows, IOS, and Android);
• Experience with applications in W10 (packaging & deployment);
• Proficiency in English and Dutch;
• AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, ITIL 4 certifications.
