Jobverse in the Netherlands is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to implement and manage cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 and hybrid Azure environments.

You will register and independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end users, and support device deployment on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and hybrid Cloud (Azure) environments.
• Proficiency in managing modern desktops, identity and services.
• Certification in AZ-900, MD-100/MD-101, ITIL 4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register incoming incidents from end-users.
• Independently resolve 2nd line incidents from end-users.
• Transfer incidents to end users and answer them correctly.
