SoftwareOne in Amsterdam / Randstad is seeking a Business Development Consultant Cybersecurity to drive secure, future-ready architectures for enterprise clients. Hybrid, Nederlandstalig, full-time, location Amsterdam/Randstad.

You will shape design, sizing, and delivery of enterprise security solutions across our ISV portfolio, combining deep vendor knowledge with commercial acumen to enable clients to adopt resilient security architectures.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex business challenges and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Strong expertise with cybersecurity ISVs and enterprise security solutions.
• Solid commercial mindset and confidence navigating sales cycles.
• Skilled negotiator who seeks win-win outcomes for clients and the organisation.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and leveraging analytics/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to scope and size security opportunities.
• Recommend tailored license and service solutions across our ISV portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through emerging trends such as GenAI risks, sovereignty, and identity-driven security.
• Support the full sales cycle, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
• Define profitable, competitive margins aligned with market conditions.
• Develop accurate quotes and solution collateral with cross-functional alignment.
