Job summary

Caseware seeks a Product Owner for our Cloud solutions, based in Apeldoorn, NL. The role focuses on driving development, maintaining, and improving Cloud products with a close-knit cross-functional team.

You’ll organize the backlog, define the roadmap, and ensure delivery aligned with strategic goals and market needs. You will balance customer needs, stakeholder demands, and team capacity, translating insights into clear product decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong affinity with audit and accounting, hands-on in practice is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Dutch market and user needs.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality, and compliant product content.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, with excellent prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cloud products.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams.
• Organize and prioritize backlog and sprint board to deliver maximum value.
• Define the product roadmap aligned with strategy and market developments.
• Coach the team to stay aligned with the product vision.
