Job summary
Blyce is seeking a Product Owner to join our team in the Netherlands. You will manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with client needs.
You will lead with user-centered design, journey mapping, and data-driven decision making, while coordinating with developers and delivery teams in a hybrid work model. Experience in public-sector or fintech contexts is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- C1 Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proven success in solving real problems through digital products.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Strong skills in user-centered design, journey mapping, backlog management, and BPMN.
- Experience in user research and working closely with users.
- Ability to communicate with developers and understand technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Provide input to establish product vision and roadmap.
- Create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned with client needs.
- Structure products from problems, identify solutions and prioritization.
- Work with development teams to communicate requirements and feasibility.
- Conduct user interviews and translate findings into insights.
- Differentiate between feature requests and user needs, map journeys.
- Collaborate with Delivery Coordinator on sprint planning and impediments.
- Define and measure outputs, track success metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and direction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and information security policies.
