Responsibilities

• Oversees site interactions post activation through site closeout.
• Identifies risks using the Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT).
• Reviews study scope, budget, and protocol content with the clinical project team.
• Uses operational data to identify risks to deliverables.
• Escalates risks to the project manager when out of scope or timeline, budget, or quality at risk.
• Contributes to meetings such as Kick Off Meetings and communicates with investigators and site staff.
