Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Clinical Studies Supplies Manager for a temporary project in Utrecht. You will manage end-to-end logistics of clinical study supplies, from forecasting to final distribution, coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with GCP/GDP/GMP.

The role requires on-site work in Utrecht, strong English communication, and a pragmatic, process-driven mindset. A secondment contract is offered for the initial project phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in international clinical study product management.
• English fluency; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of clinical study supplies.
• Forecast demand and develop supply strategies.
• Coordinate with production, QA, and safety teams.
• Arrange blinding and randomization, including electronic systems.
• Prepare country-specific study product labels and (re)labeling per regulations.
• Coordinate supply distribution and vendor management; ensure KPIs.
