Job summary

uniQure is seeking a motivated and hands-on Supply Chain Manager - Clinical Operations to ensure patient-ready supply for AAV gene therapy trials. This on-site role in Amsterdam collaborates with Clinical Operations, TOQ, internal lab teams, and external CDMOs to translate trial plans into reliable daily supply execution.

You will own plans, manage inventory, logistics, labeling, and compliance, delivering end-to-end supply chain performance in a fast-moving gene therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in biopharma supply chain; ≥3 years in clinical supply chain.
• GMP/GDP/GxP experience; cell and gene therapy/ATMP is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning tools; experience with IRT is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site supply chain support to internal laboratory and technical operations teams, ensuring timely availability of materials, consumables, and documentation.
• Own clinical supply plans for assigned studies, translating enrollment, visit schedules, and protocol requirements into clear demand and production plans.
• Coordinate clinical logistics and distribution activities, including shipments to depots and sites, temperature-controlled transport, and courier management.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with CDMOs, packaging/labeling vendors, 3PLs, and other supply partners to ensure performance against service levels.
• Maintain accurate master data and supply parameters in ERP and related systems; generate KPIs and drive improvements.
