McKinsey & Company is seeking a Client Service Risk Manager - Change Management to lead risk-focused change programs across the Global Technology Risk team in Europe. You will shape strategies, enable behavior change, and partner with Risk, Technology, and other functions to protect the firm while delivering client impact.

Qualificações

• University degree and excellent academic record required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in managing complex risk and/or change or transformation programs.
• Proven track record and expertise in developing risk management, change strategy and implementation, AI or data management policies and procedures, successfully executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic environment, as well as experience working with relevant (incl. senior) stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and work collaboratively with others, entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
• Demonstrated capability working across all levels of seniority; ability to meaningfully engage with senior leaders
• Clear and effective communicator with ability to tailor messaging based on audience
• Radiates knowledge to others to support and empower their success (e.g., apprenticing/coaching others)
• When acting as a people leader, holds individuals accountable for results; fosters a team culture that is collaborative, inclusive, respectful and sustainable
• Ability to manage work in ambiguous situations – e.g., establishing clear work scopes and milestones and finding help when additional resources or support are needed.
• Ability to define and monitor metrics that identify and communicate progress and highlight risks

Responsabilidades

• Lead change programs and be responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to raise awareness and embed behavioral and cultural change to enable colleagues to act with confidence and accountability in protecting the firm when building and delivering products for the firm and its clients.
• Lead cross-functional programs – spanning experience design, process re-design, communications, learning, impact measurement and operationalization to sustain behavior change.
• Partner closely with subject matter experts across Risk, Technology, and other functions to drive integrated change embedded in how we work.
• Guide, empower, and coach colleagues in the team to successfully achieve development goals and project outcomes.
