Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall in Amsterdam is seeking a Risk & Change Manager (FTC) to lead the project's risk and change management in a large data centre programme. You will implement early warning processes, maintain risk registers, and govern change control across the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Project Controls team, you will collaborate with client teams, contractors, and commercial functions to drive proactive risk handling and robust governance in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Membership of a relevant professional body such as APM, IRM, PMI, or equivalent.
• Working towards or holding professional certifications such as the APM Risk Certificate, IRM Certificate, PMP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's early warning, risk and change management processes per governance requirements.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and maintain the project risk register.
• Coordinate Change Control Board meetings and monitor change impacts.
• Collaborate with project controls, planning, cost management and delivery teams to ensure governance and reporting.
