WeAreKeen is redefining recruitment by embedding talent partnerships with tech companies across Europe. As a Client & Delivery Lead you will shift from founder-led sales to owning deals, sizing opportunities quickly, and closing across short-term projects to multi-year partnerships in a hybrid role.

You will own a book of accounts, drive new business, strategic account ownership, and cell co-ownership with a People & Culture Lead.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience in staffing, RPO, or related B2B services.
• Proven track record closing deals across various sizes.
• Experience with enterprise clients and fast-growing scale-ups.
• Strong ownership, trust-building, and proactive mindset.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus for Amsterdam base.

Responsibilities

• Take over and grow founder-led sales.
• Own and grow your book of new and existing accounts.
• Build and run your own pipeline: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, close.
• Own strategic accounts and be the first TA contact.
• Collaborate with TA partners and translate insights into proposals.

Our skilled talent partners integrate seamlessly with in‑house talent teams to accelerate hiring and drive the growth of our fast-moving partners, including Adyen, Bol, Miro, Mollie, Just Eat Takeaway, and many others.

What will you do?

As a Client & Delivery Lead you will take over and grow what has so far been founder‑led sales. Above all, we need a closer, someone with a genuine track record of getting deals over the line, not just building pipelines or nurturing relationships that stall before commitment.

Deals here range widely, from a one‑off three‑month project to a multi‑million‑euro, multi‑year partnership, so you’ll need to size up an opportunity quickly and close each kind on its own terms. This is a hybrid role: part hands‑on sales grind (prospecting, follow‑up, pipeline discipline) and part credible seat at the table with senior Talent Acquisition leaders across both scale‑ups and enterprises.

With you joining WeAreKeen we will shift to Eckhart Wintzen's cell theory: small, autonomous teams that each run like their own business, with real ownership over commercial results. You’ll be co‑founding and co‑owning our very first cell, alongside a People & Culture Lead. That means this isn’t a role for someone who wants a playbook handed to them, but a genuine entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make your cell thrive as if it were your own company.

What will you work on?

• Workforce Planning & Utilisation: this is the core of the role. Keep your cell's Talent Partners deployed, plan capacity ahead, manage redeployment, and minimize standby time. Everything else below exists to serve this, new business, account growth, and market expansion are the levers you pull to keep utilisation healthy, not goals in themselves
• New Business: build and run your own pipeline, prospect, qualify, present proposals, negotiate, and close, across scale‑ups and enterprises
• Strategic Account Ownership: own our existing key accounts and stay close enough that when anything TA‑related comes up, you’re the first to be called
• TA Partnership: get genuinely curious about how each client's TA function works, where it's stretched, and what "good" looks like for them, then translate that understanding into proposals that land
• Cell Co‑Ownership: run the commercial side of our very first cell as if it were your own business, in shared responsibility for its revenue, margin, and utilisation targets alongside your People & Culture Lead counterpart.

What you bring to the team:

• At least 6+ years of commercial experience in staffing, RPO, or a related B2B services industry, with full-cycle ownership from pitch to close
• A proven closer: you don’t just spot opportunities, you get them signed, across various deal sizes
• Comfort and credibility moving between enterprise clients and fast‑growing scale‑ups, and between founders, people leaders and TA practitioners
• Genuine curiosity about how TA functions work, paired with the discipline to turn that insight into a compelling business case
• A strong sense of ownership, the ability to build trust fast, and lots of positive energy
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus given our Amsterdam base
