Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Principal Client Delivery Executive to lead end-to-end delivery across a major government-sector account in the Randstad region on behalf of a leading global IT services provider. This senior role includes P&L ownership, executive client relationships, and accountability for delivery, compliance, and growth in a complex outsourcing engagement.

The position requires fluent Dutch, 36-40 hours per week, and a freelance ZZP contract with mandatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, complex outsourcing engagements.
• Proven experience with government/public sector clients.
• Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong financial governance and executive stakeholder management.
• Fluent Dutch.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery performance across multiple towers and locations.
• Executive-level client relationships and governance (MBRs, DSRs).
• Financial management, IBC/CBC, forecasting, margin improvement.
• Risk, compliance, and security governance, including audit support.
• Continuous improvement and service innovation.
• Leadership and development of delivery teams.
• Account growth and upsell in partnership with Client Partners.

Work Arrangement:

• 36-40 hrs/week
• Contract: Freelance (ZZP)
  • Mandatory transition to permanent employment after 1 year, at no cost to the candidate

Rate:

• €80 per hour
