Qualifications

• Technische beroepsopleiding is gewenst
• Technische achtergrond in WTB/Mechatronica is een voordeel
• In technische tekening lezen en interpreteren
• Goede mechanische aanleg en inzicht
• Ervaring met handgereedschap en technische apparatuur

Responsibilities

• Monteren van mechanische componenten en technische systemen
• Werken met roestvrijstalen leidingen en assemblages
• Lezen en opvolgen van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies
• Installeren en verbinden van mechanische componenten
• Controleren van onderdelen voor en na assemblage
• Demonteren van producten bij reparaties
• Identificeren van defecte of beschadigde onderdelen
• Repareren, vervangen en weer in elkaar zetten van onderdelen
• Uitvoeren van functionele en basistesten
• Melden van technische- en kwaliteitsafwijkingen
• Volgen van cleanroom- en veiligheidsprocedures

Samenvatting

We are looking for a Cleanroom / Assembly Technician for a full-time position in Nijmegen, working in a 2-shift system. You will assemble, inspect, repair and test high-quality technical components and systems in a professional, high-tech environment. Hourly wage €17.00 - €21.00 gross (depending on experience), plus 16% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for a Cleanroom / Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, repair and test high-quality technical components and systems.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work according to technical drawings and detailed work instructions. Depending on your experience, you may also work on repair, rework and refurbishment activities.

What will you do?

• Assemble mechanical components and technical systems
• Work with stainless-steel piping and technical assemblies
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Install and connect mechanical components
• Inspect components before and after assembly
• Disassemble technical products when repair is required
• Identify defective or damaged components
• Repair, replace and reassemble components
• Perform functional and basic technical tests
• Report technical and quality deviations
• Follow cleanroom, safety and quality procedures

Wat wij vragen

Experience in mechanical assembly, mechatronics, repair or technical production

• Technical vocational education is preferred
• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or similar background is an advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good mechanical understanding
• Experience using hand tools and technical equipment
• Repair, refurbishment or troubleshooting experience is an advantage
• Cleanroom or high-tech experience is preferred but not mandatory
• English or Dutch at minimum B1 level
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system
