Job summary

Maintec in Eindhoven is seeking a Cleanroom Assembly Operator to handle light assembly of high-tech components in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will inspect components, perform repairs, and document inspections and repairs while adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Two shifts are available (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00). The role requires a minimum of three years in technical production, with good technical understanding and English at B1/B2.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in technical production, assembly, repair or similar environment.
• Good technical understanding and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• English language skills at B1/B2 level.
• Willing to work in two shifts and wear PPE in a cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly work according to technical instructions.
• Inspect high-tech components and packaging for quality.
• Identify and repair technical damage.
• Replace components according to procedures and specifications.
• Complete documentation related to inspections and repairs.
• Follow strict cleanroom, hygiene, safety and PPE procedures.
• Contribute ideas for process and quality improvements.
• Work in two shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00.
