Job summary

Plumerai in Amsterdam is seeking a Chief of Staff to accelerate growth by tackling strategic priorities alongside the CEO. You will drive high-impact initiatives, own product-launch readiness, and help optimize recruitment and fundraising processes.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, absorb information quickly, and shift between tasks as needed. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a fast-scaling startup that values fast execution and clear strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, investment banking, VC, or fast-scaling startup).
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Shape strategy for new product launches and coordinate operations.
• Co-own executive recruiting, organize recruitment events, and contribute to employer branding.
• Support investor relations and fundraising processes, including board packs and investor materials.
• Implement AI-enabled processes in operations and communications.
• Stay close to the product roadmap and ensure decisions align with business strategy.
