Job summary

RIFT is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial organisation and secure long‑term agreements for its Iron Fuel Technology. You will shape strategy, manage stakeholders across customers, suppliers and investors, and guide the business towards Final Investment Decision for Alpha One.

You will build a scalable commercial function, oversee cross‑functional teams, and drive growth across Europe, balancing strategic priorities with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with proven ability to close multi-party agreements.
• Experience building and scaling commercial organisations.
• Strong strategic vision and market positioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of RIFT’s commercial strategy and market positioning.
• Secure long-term customer commitments, offtake agreements and strategic sourcing relationships.
• Build and scale the commercial organisation for international growth; oversee Marketing, Boiler Sales and Iron Oxide Sales.
• Drive governance, reporting to investors and the Supervisory Board, and shape project roadmaps for Alpha One and beyond.
