Job summary

RIFT seeks a Senior Chief Commercial Officer to lead the creation and growth of a new industrial energy market around Iron Fuel Technology. You will secure long-term customer and supplier commitments, shape strategic partnerships and build the commercial organisation for international expansion.

You will drive the commercial strategy, close multi-party agreements, and report to the top leadership while balancing stakeholder needs and delivering tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-party agreements with contract values above €35 million.
• Experience across the full commercial lifecycle: business development, sales, account management and relationship management.
• Leadership experience across sales and marketing in a technical environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close strategic deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and impact-driven execution.

Responsibilities

• Secure long-term commercial agreements for Alpha One and related iron-fuel solutions across the value chain.
• Lead development of strategic partnerships and market positioning for a new industrial energy market.
• Build and scale RIFT’s commercial organisation to support international growth.
• Collaborate with investors, shareholders and the Supervisory Board to prioritise roadmaps and governance.
• Drive performance with clear objectives, accountability and measurable outcomes.
