Salary: €30,000-38,000 gross per year

For our client, a 5* luxury hotel opening in Rotterdam, we are looking for a Chef de Partie / Cook to join their culinary team.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and execution of daily menus.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with procurement.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste.

Key requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position.
• Culinary education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Strong technical skills in various cooking methods.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Fluency in English;
