Job summary

The Social Hub (B Corp™) is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section, ensuring dishes are prepared to high standards and plated with care. You’ll work with a tight-knit team in a dynamic, multi-national setting and contribute to seasonal menu changes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or ready for next step as Commis Chef.
• Strong time management during busy services.
• Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace.

Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service.
• Cook and plate dishes that meet taste, temperature and presentation standards.
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep station organized and spotless.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
• Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady.
