UMAMI by Han Maastricht zoekt een ervaren Independent Working Chef om zelfstandig gerechten te bereiden volgens ons menu, met aandacht voor HACCP-naleving en hygiëne.

Je werkt samen met een gepassioneerd team, bewaakt voorraden en bestellingen en superviseert keukenassistentes. Er is ruimte voor training en een marktconform salaris tussen €3.000 en €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en uren.

Qualifications

• Kookervaring en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
• Goede hygiëne en HACCP-wetgeving begrijpen.
• Flexibel en stressbestendig gedurende drukke periodes.

Responsibilities

• Independently bereide gerechten volgens ons menu.
• Volg hygiënevoorschriften (HACCP).
• Samenwerken met een gepassioneerd team en collega's ondersteunen tijdens drukte.
• Voorraad en bestellingen beheren en controleren.

At UMAMI by Han, we are always looking for enthusiastic people who would like to strengthen our team. UMAMI by Han is a place where hospitality and passion for good food come together. We are looking for two Independent Working Chefs I for Amsterdam, two for The Hague, and one for Maastricht.

What will you do?

• Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.
• Monitor hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Work together with a passionate team and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Manage and check inventory and orders.
• Supervise kitchen assistants.
