Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Amersfoort is seeking a fleet specialist to keep our electric vans charged, safe, and ready to ride. You’ll split time between the streets of Amersfoort and our warehouse, driving an e-van to collect, recharge and move vehicles where riders need them.

The role is full-time with training provided; evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays carry extra pay up to 85% on top of your base salary, and you’ll log tasks in our operations app.

Job description

Your mission at Voi At Voi, we’re on a mission to build cities made for living, free from noise and pollution. As a fleet specialist in Amersfoort, you’ll keep our vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride.

Do you have a category B driving licence (rijbewijs B) and like being out on the road? You’ll split your time between the streets of Amersfoort and our warehouse, driving a company e-van to collect, recharge and move our fleet to where riders need it. Full training provided, so you don’t need any mechanical experience.

Full-time contract, and evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays pay extra: up to 85% on top of your base salary.

What you’ll need to embark

• A category B driving licence valid in the Netherlands, and confidence driving a van in city traffic
• The right to work in the Netherlands
• To live in or near Amersfoort and be able to get to our warehouse on your own, as many shifts start early or finish late
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
• The ability to lift up to 30 kg
• Good spoken English, as English is our working language
• A VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag). We’ll ask you to request one before you start.
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn. You don’t need mechanical experience.

Job conditions

• Contract: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term
• Salary: We’ll share your base salary on your first call with our Talent Acquisition team
• Extra pay: evenings +30%, nights +50%, Saturdays +47%, Sundays and public holidays +85% (or time off in lieu), overtime +28.5% for the first 2 hours each week, then +47%
• Working hours: Shifts run across the day and include evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, all with extra pay
