Job summary

Voi Technology in Amersfoort is seeking a Fleet Specialist to keep our vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You’ll split time between streets and our warehouse, driving a company e-van to maintain and reposition our fleet. Full training is provided, no prior mechanical experience needed.

The role includes evenings, nights, and weekend shifts with additional pay. You’ll need a Category B license, ability to lift 30 kg, and good English in a diverse, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Category B licence valid in the Netherlands and comfortable driving a van in city traffic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 kg.
• Good spoken English; English is the working language.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends.
• VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag) required before start.
• Right to work in the Netherlands.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn. No mechanical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Swap batteries so every vehicle is ready to ride.
• Drive van around Amersfoort to collect, drop off and move vehicles as needed.
• Tidy up parking to keep pavements clear and safe.
• Do basic checks and simple repairs; training provided.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Log tasks in our operations app.

Your mission at Voi

At Voi, we're on a mission to build cities made for living, free from noise and pollution. As a fleet specialist in Amersfoort, you'll keep our vehicles safe, charged and ready to ride. You'll split your time between the streets of Amersfoort and our warehouse, driving a company e-van to maintain and recharge our fleet and move it to where riders need it. Full training provided, so you don't need any mechanical experience.

Work evenings, nights or weekends? You'll earn up to 85% extra.

What You'll Need To Embark

• A category B driving licence valid in the Netherlands, and confidence driving a van in city traffic
• The ability to lift to 30 kg

• A VOG (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag). We'll ask you to request one before you start.

Job conditions

• Contract: 6-month fixed-term
• Salary: We'll share your base salary on your first call with our Talent Acquisition team
• Extra pay: evenings (20:00–00:00) +30%, nights (00:00–07:00) +50%, Saturdays +47%, Sundays and public holidays +85% (or time off in lieu), overtime +28.5% for the first 2 hours each week, then +47%
• Working hours: We need flexibility. Shifts run across the day and include evenings, nights and weekends, and these hours earn extra pay (see above)
