Satispay is seeking a Chargeback Specialist to manage and resolve complex disputes and chargebacks, protecting customer trust and financial integrity. You will analyze dispute data to identify root causes and drive prevention, while partnering with FinCrime, Support, Legal, and Product to reduce upstream chargebacks and improve workflows.

Role requires 3+ years in relevant fields, strong data analytics, and excellent communication to explain technical topics to diverse audiences, with relocation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in chargeback management, payment operations, or risk operations.
• Understanding of dispute categories, evidencing standards, and resolution paths.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and consumer protection.
• Advanced ability to interpret data, spot trends, and inform decisions.
• High attention to detail, organisation, and independent work in fast-paced settings.
• Clear ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex disputes and chargebacks from intake through resolution.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Suggest process improvements to boost win rates and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with FinCrime, Support, Legal, and Product to prevent upstream chargebacks.
• Utilise and refine internal tools and reporting to monitor performance and risk.
