Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in Amersfoort is seeking an aspiring Chapter Lead in Mortgages. You will work in a DevOps team and step into leadership of a professional chapter while developing a clear chapter vision and way of working.

You will gradually assume full Chapter Lead responsibilities, supported by the IT Lead, in a hybrid office setup 1–2 days per week, with residence in the Netherlands. Experience in DevOps, coaching, and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong background in .NET development and C#.
• Experience building microservices that communicate asynchronously.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams while staying hands-on.
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance cycles.
• Coach and support chapter members in their personal and professional development.
• Drive performance, growth, and career development of chapter members.
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Shape and evolve the chapter vision and way of working within the chapter.
• Collaborate with the IT Lead to develop into Chapter Lead role.
• Collaborate with other Chapter Leads to strengthen the community.
• Stimulate knowledge sharing through communities and events.
• Contribute as a specialist within a multidisciplinary DevOps team.
• Stay up to date with technological and market developments and share insights.
