Job summary

ABN AMRO Mortgages is seeking a Chapter Lead who combines hands-on DevOps delivery with people leadership. You will shape the chapter, manage HR processes, recruit and coach team members, and collaborate closely with the IT Lead and other leads to build a thriving chapter.

You will work in a hybrid setup with 1–2 office days per week, based in the Netherlands (Amersfoort). The role emphasizes developing people, driving performance, and fostering an inclusive culture while staying technically

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps teams or chapters.
• Experience in HR processes like recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and performance cycles.
• Coach and support chapter members in their personal and professional development.
• Drive performance, growth and career development of chapter members.
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Shape and evolve the chapter vision and way of working within the chapter (craftmanship).
• Collaborate with the IT Lead and other Chapter Leads to strengthen the chapter community.
• Stimulate knowledge sharing through communities, events and collaboration initiatives.
• Contribute as a specialist within a multidisciplinary DevOps team.
• Stay up to date with technological and market developments and share insights.
