Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Chapter Lead with a strong .NET development background for a permanent role in the Netherlands. You will combine hands-on development work with growing into leadership, coaching chapter members and contributing to performance and recruitment processes.

You will shape the chapter's vision, promote knowledge sharing, and collaborate with IT leadership to build a strong professional community. Dutch language fluency and a passion for leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a .NET developer with strong C# and Git skills.
• Experience in a DevOps environment with microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD templates in Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of architecture, testing, security risks, continuous delivery and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Balance hands-on technical work with transitioning into a Chapter Lead role within a DevOps team.
• Coach chapter members, support career development and participate in performance and recruitment processes.
• Shape the chapter vision, standards and ways of working; promote knowledge sharing and a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other Chapter Leads to build a strong professional community.
