ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Chapter Lead within Mortgages to shape and grow a chapter of professionals in a DevOps environment. You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, guiding HR processes, coaching colleagues, and driving performance and culture.

The role offers hybrid work with 1–2 days in the Amersfoort office, and opportunities to influence how the Chapter Lead role is embedded within Mortgages, with strong collaboration across leads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a .NET developer and strong C# background.
• Experience building microservices that communicate asynchronously.
• Docker containers, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD templates in Azure DevOps.
• Academic or higher professional (HBO) education level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Chapter Lead role within Mortgages, with coaching support.
• Manage HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles.
• Coach chapter members in development and performance growth.
• Foster a healthy, inclusive, high-performing culture within the chapter.
• Collaborate with IT Lead and other chapter leads.
