Job summary

Levy Professionals in the Netherlands is looking for a Chapter Lead DWH Data Engineering in Amersfoort. Hybrid model typically 1–2 days per week in the office, contract: project-based assignment.

You will combine hands-on data engineering with coaching, leading a DevOps team and shaping technical standards. The role emphasizes mentoring, performance development and strong stakeholder management to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior technical professional ready to move into leadership.
• Strong Data Engineering / Data Warehousing background.
• Hands-on with Microsoft BI / Data Engineering stack.
• Experience in DevOps and/or Agile environments.
• Interest in coaching and developing others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on within a DevOps team and coach chapter members.
• Develop and guide data engineering solutions and standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance cycles.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Promote knowledge sharing through communities and events.
• Collaborate with IT Lead and other Chapter Leads.
