Job summary

Adecco in The Hague is seeking a Channel & Sales Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize internal sales and channel operations across regional teams. You will manage partner lifecycle, ensure data quality, and coordinate events, working with sales, marketing and other departments in a hybrid Dutch setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of channel partners, including onboarding, registration, qualification, and certification.
• Maintaining accurate partner data and ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements.
• Supporting internal sales governance by monitoring business reviews, project processes, and operational compliance.
• Identifying operational risks and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Coordinating customer invitations and logistics for regional marketing events and business initiatives.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of business processes.

We are looking for a Channel & Sales Business Operations Specialist to support the smooth operation of regional sales and partner management activities. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring efficient internal processes while working closely with cross-functional teams. What are you going to do?

As a Channel & Sales Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing internal sales and channel operations. Your daily tasks include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of channel partners, including onboarding, registration, qualification, and certification.
• Maintaining accurate partner data and ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements.
• Supporting internal sales governance by monitoring business reviews, project processes, and operational compliance.
