Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Amstelveen is seeking an Asset Assistant to support the Centre Management team at Mall of the Netherlands. Join a busy shopping centre environment focusing on customer experience, tenant communications and reporting.

You’ll work closely with Centre Management, Operations and Marketing, coordinating tasks and contributing to projects that keep the centre running smoothly and welcoming for visitors and tenants alike.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or office administration.
• Experience in a busy environment with changing priorities is preferred.
• Strong organisational and detail orientation are essential.
• Proactive, independent and solution-focused mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Centre Management priorities, meetings, events and projects.
• Coordinate tenant communications and share information clearly across channels.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist with customer journey improvements and reports.
• Maintain centre information across systems and documents.
