Do-IT-Organic in Barneveld is seeking a Category Manager to oversee a product category within the organic food chain. This role demands expertise in international trade, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive category results. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a buyer, trader, or category manager.
• Experience with international trade in food ingredients.
• Full-time availability (5 days) at the office.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement strategy for the category.
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers.
• Negotiate and close contracts.
• Respond to market developments and manage margins.

Skills

Strong negotiation and commercial skills

Fluency in English (spoken and written)
