Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in freight forwarding and/or transport industry is preferable.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Entrepreneurial character and international mindset.
• Strong ability to persuade, motivate, negotiate, and influence others.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply chain solutions to support our customer go-to-market strategy.
• Resolve problems, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customer and carrier accounts.
• Research new carriers, generate leads, and build relationships.
• Negotiate transportation rates and carrier commitments.
• Ensure customer load requirements are met on committed and ad-hoc shipments.
• Identify backup carriers for critical situations.
• Study market trends and seasonality.
• Align with branch strategy and vision.
